The introduction of the new curriculum could not have come at a better time like it because so many Kenyan students were dying for it.

As much as the Education CS George Magoha stated that the new system is result based oriented rather than an exam format, schools need these key subjects for the better future of kids

These subjects are vital for survival, even though they do not guarantee employment.

Things schools don’t teach:

  1. How to invest
  2. How to manage risk
  3. How to manage stress
  4. How taxes work
  5. How money works
  6. How to be an entrepreneur
  7. How to think for yourself
  8. How to build your net worth
  9. How to marry right
  10. How to manage disastrous situations and safety
