New Presidential appointee into the position of Chief Admin Secretary Ababu Namwamba seems to be a troubled husband.
It is believed that the the CAS in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is internationally hiding a scar he received after a violent fight with his wife Priscah Mwaro.
The two are said to be physically separated and the wife is said to have moved away with the kids from their home in Kileleshwa.
