Taking a break might be the most challenging, frustrating, and saddening part of your relationship. No one wants to feel as though their relationship is not working or that they themselves have somehow failed. But sometimes, a break is necessary. Not only is it necessary, sometimes, it’s a good thing. But what we may not know is that it has it’s consequences too.

3. Taking a break helps you make peace with your relationship issues in a far better way than in the company of your partner
4. It gives you a peaceful environment to sit and ponder
5. It enables you to judge exactly what your relationship and partner mean to you
Disadvantages
1. If you take too much time apart your partner might move on.
2. It can make your relationship tense when you get back with your partner
3. Loneliness can make you crave for your partner’s company
4. Your relationship might fall apart .
5. This might open space for speculations.
