Gospel artist Willy Paul was caught on Sunday evening assaulting a woman who is yet to be identified. The incident was recorded on tape
The bizarre incident happened at his house on the outskirts of Nairobi in Syokimau, where he resides. The milieu began with an argument before Willy Paul intervened with raining slaps on the unfortunate woman.
Watchmen who were manning the area, rushed to the car park where the fight was happening as the woman called for help.
The two began by exchanging bitter words, moved away from each other before Willy Paul again returned to the woman more agitated.
He managed to go through the security men and reached to the woman before he assaulted her with slaps. Smashed her phone on the ground before leaving the scene.
When reached out for comments by Nairobi News, Willy Paul played down the drama, explaining that it was a mere upcoming TV reality show
“Aaah hiyo story sikutaka itoke hivyo but juu sasa watu wamejua, hiyo ni Reality Show yangu inacome SOON itahusu money, fights, drama na vitu kama hizo” he explained.
