Now, one of the most important companies worldwide could be a simple acquisition by Apple. According to some reports, it is quite possible that Apple buys Disney, it will only depend on Tim Cook making the final decision.

The CEO of Apple has denoted and demonstrated a keen interest in expanding in any form, no matter what, or the size of the transaction.

Currently, Disney has not passed the best of times, even at some point came to consider the purchase of Netflix, but was considered a risky purchase. Now, it could be that Apple arrived to save the owners of Mickey Mouse and now even Darth Vader.

There have been rumors and speculations about the possible sale, because in the early 2000s, Apple acquired Pixar and there were certain agreements in which the company could distribute movies and Disney content.

Apple’s interest in buying Disney is that it could become the first company to outperform the $ 1 trillion stock market valuation, as it now owns major brands such as Marvel, Lucasfilm and Pixar.

The possible purchase would be made at least 200 billion dollars, which would mean that Disney can finally compete with large companies like Netflix.
