NTV Swahili news anchor Salim Swaleh is furious after City County Askaris clamped his expensive metal in Nairobi’s CBD.
The bizarre incident happened on Wednesday, August 22, when askaris came calling for his Grand Cherokee Jeep.
“Kanjo…Nitafungua tyre niweke spare na nibebe hii na hiki kidude chenu,” Swaleh captioned the photo
Questioned by his fans if he had paid for the parking fees, he noted that he had done so
“Nilikuwa nimelipa…system yao ndo shida,” he replied to one of the comments.
In 2018, Swale left Citizen TV to join a vibrant news team at NTV.
“Yes, it is true I left Citizen TV a week ago. I resigned for personal reasons not because of what I am reading online. My salary and the little I get from my businesses is enough money for me. I am a professional journalist who has worked with international media entities,”Said Swale.
