Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko is in a new fresh scandal again after unveiling new plan to revamp the controversial health centre. Pumwani Maternity Hospital.
Part of Sonko’s plan includes renaming the hospital, introducing a college attached to the health facility and establishing a partnership with Agha Khan University Hospital & Nairobi West Hospital.

But Kenyans have rebuked Sonko, especially in the manner in which he approached the menaces affecting the embattled public facility.
Few days ago, Sonko began Pumwani operations by busting health workers whose top management was on holiday, rescuing 12 babies rotting in hidden corners and firing off suspects.
He then donated a temporary morgue coolants, meant to hold dead bodies before they are picked to mortuary.
Most of Nairobians think Sonko staged the whole scene in order to remain relevant and to publicize his donations
