Donald Trump is not exactly an example of a healthy person. This is because his diet is mainly made up of junk food.

Donald Trump is 71 years old, measures 1.90 meters and weighs 107 kg. According to his latest available medical reports, he has a body mass index of 29.5 (a figure that indicates overweight), a cholesterol level of 169 and a blood pressure of 116/70.
For this reason, the president of the United States takes a drug known as a statin, which reduces cholesterol and is prescribed to reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke, as well as a low dose of aspirin.
Even so, his doctor ensures that the results of his exams are within the “normal range.”
But, what is this data due to? In all likelihood, one of the great culprits of this fact is the diet of Donald Trump.
And it is that his health could be compromised by the controversial intake of food that he does every day. The reason? Almost all are junk food.
According to the authors, a typical Trump dinner during his election campaign would consist of two Big Mac, two fish sandwiches and a chocolate milkshake. The sum of this order (apparently habitual) is equivalent to 2,672 calories.
But that is not all. Apparently, if you have little time, the president of the US has breakfast at McDonald’s an egg and bacon sandwich with extra cheese, sauce and bread.
However, if you have more margin, take bacon little done and very old eggs while checking Twitter. Of course, he prefers to skip this first meal of the day and go directly to lunch.
In terms of food, he also opts for fast-food. In fact, their favorite restaurants to try one of their menus are McDonald’s (an old acquaintance) and KFC. He fancies pizza, the president never eats the edges of it.
I have never seen a thin person drinking Diet Coke.

Likewise, and as a mere curiosity, Trump loves cookies, specifically the Oreo, but he will never take one of a package that is already open because he considers himself a “very clean” person.
To make matters worse, drink about 12 cans of Coca-Cola Light throughout the day, which not only gives you energy, but a few calories more.
In short, the US president may be one of the most powerful men in the world, but Donald Trump’s diet is not an example to follow.
People are going crazy with my comments on Diet Coke (soda). Let's face it–this stuff just doesn't work. It makes you hungry.
