On October 24th 2017, a traffic officer attached at Likoni-Jogoo road in Nairobi nearly met his death when a rogue driver purposely and dangerously drove and rammed into him.
The driver Geoffrey Sungura Wekesa with car registration plate number KAR 054G named as first was seen approaching the officer named , he would have hit him but missed at the first time.
Then came the second time after he had engaged the driver, who then reversed before ramming into him.
The police and the rogue driver are said to have had personal matters to solve from the fact that they are neighbors.
Even though the driver has been arrested, the police is still receiving threats on his phone, and even worse he has been served with a letter of transfer to Lodwar area.
