Medication such as Minoxidil and Propecia could help by preventing a certain hormone DHT which is produced and affects hair loss. It helps in regrowth of hair in an efficient way.

Consume enough Proteins

Eat vitamins rich food contents such as egg, fish, soy proteins, beans, vegetables, green peas and avoid high fat food content

Vitamins A, B, C and E play a vital role in hair production thus one should seek to eat foods such as eggs and fish

Massage your hair

Massage your hair with natural oils such as canola oil, olive oil, coconut oil. This kinds of oil fights dandruff and restores the hair lost on ones head

Take care and use proper organic shampoos on your hair

Shampoos containing lots of foam and expensive are not the best kind to choose from, but the ones with less preservatives and fighting dandruffs are the best. Also daily shampooing is not advised but rather wash after 3 days.
