Two years ago Mugo wa Wairimu alias James Mugo Ndichu was set free by court after witnesses shied away from testifying against him.
Pleas from Kasarani OCPD Robinson Moloi proved futile when he asked the victims and witnesses to come forward and record statements with the police
Then he was facing serious charges of sexually assaulting a sedated patient, operating as a pharmacist without a license and administering unknown drugs to patients
After latest NTV’s expose by Dennis Okari, Mugo is now on police radar after he moved on with his business, only changing location from Githurai 44 to Kayole in Nairobi’s Eastland regions.
“We are looking for Mr Wairimu and we ask him to present himself to the police for questioning,” Flying Squad boss Musa Yego issued an immediate alert
Mugo is now again facing fresh rape accusations and operating as a quack doctor
In the expose, one of the attendants in the clinic is seen engaging in a sexual act with a drugged patient.
Mugo again, is seen on tape partying with a young lady aged 20 years to procure an abortion, the duo conspired and lied to the mother that the lady was having severe stomach ailments
The mother had to pay a hefty fee of Ksh.23,000 for the course.
Another shocking scenario shows Mugo conducting a recruitment interview to one of the job seekers amidst wails of a woman in pain from the background.
Mugo heinously orders the job seeker being interviews to remove woolen swaps from the uterus of the wailing woman
When Mugo is not injecting himself to get high, he simply smokes Marijuana. He does it at the back of his clinic. When he is not high on the controlled drug or Marijuana, it is alcohol. #NTVInvestigates #QuackClinic pic.twitter.com/w6Yu7CUWdZ
