The Vacant position is within one of the Group Companies -The job purpose is door to door sales and converting home users to Safaricom Fiber to home services.

Responsibilities:
1.Visit customer homes within allocated designated areas
2.Assist customers find the products
3.Give advise and guidance on products
4.Ensure retention of the customers
5.Work with organizations other offices to to resolve customer problems 6.facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings
7.Cross sell and up sell products and services by recommending or pointing out sales to customers
8.Meet the minimum set sales targets and any other duty deadlines
9.Provide back up support to other team members in the performance of job duties as required
10.Keep up to date with special promotions and put up displays when called upon
11.Reporting any suspicious activities to the management
Monitor merchandise
12.Facilitate collection of competitive information in order to monitor business trends and opportunities
Essential Requirements:
1.At least one year experience in a related field.

Renumeration 15,000 Retainer and commissions.
