Police on 25th February in the evening arrested five suspected robbers at Drive-In along Thika road.
The suspects who were riding on boda boda at high speed were intercepted at the Thika Road junction before trying to hurl the grenade at police with an attempt to escape
Luckily the granade did not explode.
The five suspects already in custody.
They were
- Kevin Opiyo Onyango 24,
- Maricus Odhiambo 30,
- Moses Okiri Nyarianga 21,
- Collins Juma Oduor 19, and
- Samwel Wanyoike Njeri 19,
