It is believed that the barber tendered the work but Kenyans declared it a shoddy work after inspection the moment the governor launched it.
Kenyans could spot a huge chunk of uncut hair on the back side of bold looking Joho in company of President Uhuru Kenyatta, while inspecting their projects in Mombasa.
