The program will run for a duration of 18 months, and you will have an opportunity to go through a detailed onboarding and induction programme, complete Foundation courses and Business Line Upskilling, practical exposure and case studies. You will also undertake core functional rotations in Kenya and East Africa and be guided by career coaches and mentors.
Who should apply?
We are looking to recruit university graduates who graduated in the years 2021/2022 within these disciplines; Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Finance Specialist, Behavioural Scientists, Customer Experience (CX) and UX designers, Financial Analysts/ Portfolio Analysts, Actuarial Scientists, Mathematicians and Statisticians. Prospective candidates will need to have a genuine interest in the industry, and demonstrate key qualities such as client passion, building collaboration, effortless agility and adaptability, digitally savvy, problem solver, culture fit and personal mastery.
