At the beginning of June 2019, East Africa’s most coveted gospel music award Groove Awards released the winners of 14th edition at an event held at Movenpick Hotel & Residences in Nairobi.
Introduction of few more categories and fans being allowed to vote in the contest was one of the new changes that happened in 2019.

16. Breakthrough Female Artist of the Year – Emma Omonge
