A CCTV footage from one of the MPESA shops based in Huruma has sadly shown how thugs who target MPESA shops have become so ruthless and dangerous.
The thugs were not only relentless but very determined to get a loot from the shop.
When they walk into the shop, they first hold hostage the customers, before breaking customer care-window and stealing from frightened attendants.
The thugs were so nerd to have covered their faces with hoods and caps to make it difficult for CCTV to reveal their faces.
