Here are natural remedies to cure a cold

  1. Take a hot shower

This will allow you to reduce nasal congestion and relief sore muscles. This should only last 5 to 10 minutes.

  1. Elderberry tea

You simply need a spoonful of elderberries for a cup of water; let them boil for 5 minutes and another 5 to rest. Consume three cups throughout the day.

  1. Onion syrup

In a clay bowl place a large chopped onion, two glasses of white wine and let stand for 24 hours; Glue and add a little honey and store in a glass jar.

Take half a glass on an empty stomach, at mid-morning, in the afternoon and before bedtime.

  1. Ginger

Reduce muscle aches and congestion, for this: gratify its dry root, add the juice of half a lemon and prepare a chamomile tea.

  1. Inhale steam

If you want to make a quick treatment with steam, you can heat with distilled water to almost the boiling point and add some eucalyptus leaves (you can get them in health food stores).

Before making any of these options it is advisable that you go with a health expert; this with the objective that is the one who diagnoses your illness, if it is a common cold or something else.
