Journalist Janet Mbugua and her ex-husband Eddie Ndichu were spotted together with their sons, Huru and Mali, as they celebrated Huru’s 10th birthday on Sunday, October 26. The event marked a heartwarming moment of co-parenting, weeks after Eddie hinted at finding love again.
Janet and Eddie tied the knot in a lavish wedding at Chaka Ranch grounds on May 30, 2015. They were together for roughly seven years before divorcing in 2022, and since then, they have maintained a strong co-parenting relationship for the sake of their children.
The birthday celebrations began with the family attending a church service together. Eddie shared a series of photos on his Instagram Stories, capturing moments with Janet and their sons. After church, the family went out for lunch at a posh city restaurant. A video shared by Eddie showed hotel staff surprising Huru with a cake while singing happy birthday, creating a memorable experience for the young boy.
