The internet has reacted in awe after former Citizen TV news anchor Julie Gichuru claimed that she resembles US First Lady Michelle Obama.
Julie made the claim on her Instagram page when she posted a picture to back it up.
“I always believed that was more about soul and spirit than actual looks, but based on this pic I am rethinking that!” declared Mrs Gichuru.

Screenshots of the post have been exchanged on a number of WhatsApp groups as well as on Twitter, sparking off a wild reaction.

But on the original posts, Mrs Gichuru’s fans agreed that she actually resembles the US First Lady.
A user @debryleah said, “So am not the only one who yhinks that,at least.You are great,” while another, @momanyinyabonyi, said “You are much prettier@juliegichuru . She stole your looks in this photo. You are both great women! Forces to reckon with.”
Another @nailsdashanddash quipped: “Julie really? U are much much more.lookwise lol,” as @waithakasam7 said: “If this is you,you look Michelle than her then…”
