If someone saw an animal looking dangerous like a leopard in Nairobi’s estate Kahawa Sukari, a wise one would report the matter to the police, the police would ensure that the Kenya Wildlife Service are informed.

Then, a feedback would warn the residents as KWS would begin to hunt down the wild animal.

But that has not been done yet residents of this Kiambu based region are almost abandoning their houses on such allegations .

Besides, those who claim to have spotted the animal, don’t know whether it is a cheetah or a leopard.

Here is a free comparison of the two according to Wikipedia

Leopard- Speed 58km/h

The leopard is one of the five species in the genus Panthera, a member of the Felidae. The leopard occurs in a wide range in sub-Saharan Africa and parts of Asia

Cheetah – speed 110-120 km/h

The cheetah is a large cat of the subfamily Felinae that occurs in Southern, North and East Africa, and a few localities in Iran
