Comedian Kendrick Mulamwah found himself in an awkward but humorous situation over the weekend when he attended a high-profile event surrounded by couples. Taking to social media, Mulamwah shared his experience with fans, poking fun at his single status.

Mulamwah, whose real name is David Oyando, has been single since April 2025 following a public breakup with Ruth K. On Sunday, November 23, he attended the launch of Urban Wheels and was immediately struck by the number of couples in attendance. Photos from the event show him seated with content creator Presenter Kai and his wife, Diana Yegon, as well as Director Trevor and his partner, Kiki Love Yvonne, highlighting the contrast between him and the paired guests.

In a playful post, Mulamwah joked that God would remember him soon, writing, “Sawa tu, aliye juu anaona … soon nitabarikiwa pia. Type amen nitapata my wife pia.” He added another caption with Trevor and Kiki: “Next time sikuji solo,” hinting at his hope for a future partner.

Fans responded with humor and support, sharing light-hearted advice and well wishes. Comments included playful proverbs, encouragement to move on, and jokes about his single status. Some fans reminded him that blessings may come at the right time, while others teased him for his prolonged bachelorhood.

Mulamwah’s humorous approach highlights his ability to handle personal matters with levity while connecting with followers through relatable experiences. His posts underscore the challenges of being single in social circles dominated by couples, but also show how he uses humor to navigate public scrutiny.

The event and social media interactions have sparked conversation among fans, reaffirming Mulamwah’s position as a popular and relatable figure in Kenya’s entertainment scene.
