Kenya National Highways Authority aka KeNHA was ordered to pay Ksh. 750,311 to Ahmednasir Abdullahi.

The popular city lawyer went to court and demanded a refund to repair his car that had been involved in the 2018 accident that squarely blamed carelessness from the roads authority body.

The charge sheet indicated that the Bentley Bentyaga was involved in the accident that could have been avoided if KeNHA didn’t do shoddy job.

The city lawyer was happy and could not hide his joy on social media

The court today RIGHTLY held that Public authorities like the Kenya National Highways Authority have a DUTY OF CARE to road users when they do a shoddy jobs. KENHA was compelled to pay the cost of my car's windscreen valued at Ksh.750,311. pic.twitter.com/Jn3BYQ7gtF
