Chief Justice presence during President Uhuru Kenyatta’s tour in Kisii county has raised eyebrows.
He was seen shaking hands with top leaders such as DP Ruto and Raila Odinga on the tour that happened on 20th February.
Kenyans wondered his mission at the political rally, bearing in the mind,the 2010 constitution does not allow members of Justice system in Kenya to be politically charged in any manner.
