Daily Express and New York Times have been on spot following their shocking report targeting the Dusit Hotel terror day.

The two international media houses published what compromised what would meet journalistic standards.

Kenyans were quick to request New York Times to delete photos of dead bodies and even delete some of the articles they thought violated the dignity of the dead and other victims.

@nytimes bureau chief @kimidefreytas under severe fire for posting graphic photos of the #KenyaAttack. Her attempts to absolve herself and pass the buck on NYT photo department hage fallen in deaf ears as #KOT insists on #DeportKimiko #SomeoneTellNYTimes #SomeoneTellDailyExpress pic.twitter.com/JI4FXkEysC

Kimiko is the true definition of the type of people we don’t need in our country! I throw my full weight in support of #DeportKimiko!! Let the world know we mean business!!..We still need a proper apology from her and The New York Times as she is sent back where she came from!!

Disturbing images @nytimes has run on #KenyaAttack but it's not an 'African coverage' thing. In another display of unfortunate editorial judgment, they carried full-page colour photos of victims falling from top of World Trade Center towers. #SomeoneTellNYtimes to grow a heart.

You find absolutely stupid journalists and media owners in Kenya troll @nytimes to take down photos of the true pictures from #RiverSideAttack while ignoring their duty to inform. We have journalists turned into gatekeepers. #SomeoneTellNYTimes is just a stupid TT. No wrong!!!

@kimidefreytas @Misskihoro see her account 'Citizen of Nowhere' this includes Kenya. People who disgrace our country/Law are not welcome here.. Kimi we have fought so much for our peace that it would take us 0 effort to send you packing #SomeoneTellNYtimes pic.twitter.com/LVwPvHb4vr

The article doesn’t actually talk about the safety of Kenya, this is just plain clickbait. Very classy, Daily Express https://t.co/oo48lSD4Hg
