Kenyans have been fascinated by CS Fred Matiang’i latest services in the public, and most so how he has handled the KCPE and KCSE in the education docket.
How on the Kenyan soil he managed to release exams one month before the usual time and contacted the same exam with 21 irregularities, which is about 5% as compared to the 30% for the other exams, is just a miracle to Kenyans. alot done and said, he has promised more reforms in the education sector.
But will Kenyans vote for him?
