A concerned Kenyan from Kitengela, outskirt of Nairobi, has been concerned by the bizarre incident of two boys aged about 12 years driving freely along busy roads.

The message which has been circulating on WhatsApp, notes that the two little boys drive Toyota Noah and a gray Nissan car. The message also claims that the boys frequently fuel at Tosha Petrol when their cars run out of fuel.
