A video of a CCTV file has shown a man believed to be MP Babu Owino shooting a DJ who has since been admitted into ICU facility at Nairobi Hospital
The video shows Embakasi MP looking like man dressed in an orange T-shirt totting a short gun before firing it.
The sound of the bullet scattered the club into screams, before the DJ is saved by well wishes and rushed into the hospital.
Babu Owino aka Paul Ongili has been arrested and currently being held at the Kilimani Police Station
