Elijah Muraguri is one of the lucky Kenyans if we choose to go by fate.

A man who broke and slipped past President Uhuru Kenyatta’s security details deserved to be arrested becasue he was posing as a security threat.

But his bravado gamble paid him with a jackpot after President Uhuru gifted him with a brand new Toyota Probox car.

The happy man from Giakanja in Nyeri county slipped a hand written note when the president visited Murang’a county. He received his new car from the President’s office which was delivered by his aides.

He plans to use his car as a taxi which will help him in generating his daily income.

The note which he wrote, was requesting Uhuru Kenyatta for a financial assistance of sh.880,000.

“After I learnt he will be at Ihura Stadium I wrote a letter and sought for divine intervention to enable me accomplish my mission. After the function came to an end I was locked in Murang’a police cells for five days,” said the beneficiary of Kenyatta gesture.
