Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni has declared tough measures against landlords who are evicting tenants in regards to rent defaults during lock downs.
Museveni stated that such rogue landlords who do not understand the tough crisis will be met with serious police force.
However, he reinstated that tenants will be required to clear their rent bills when the crisis is over
