While inspecting a road in Isingiro district in Uganda, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni shocked residents of Kyeirumba village after he made a surprise stop to make a phone call in the middle of the newly built road.
He was offered a chair, as he sat by the roadside to make a call as his security detail waited. Apparently, it shows how humble he his.
