Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni is breaking the internet today.
It’s also alleged that Museveni and his team decided to do the unthinkable just to grab public attention from his rival Kizza Besigye who is more popular and loved by Ugandans.
The picture was uploaded just a few moments after Besigye was released. Right now no one is even talking about the opposition leader who has been in jail for about 2 months.
