On Friday 14th June 2019, Norah Jelegat Borus found found dead at Stanford University in the United States of America.
In 2013, the female student was among the top KCSE student in Kenya when she sat her exams at Precious Blood Riruta
“Yes it is true the family has received the shocking news, but her father and some family members have travelled to the US to establish the cause of her death,” said Mr Maswan, the family spokesperson.
The bad news were also confirmed by the university’s Vice Provost for Student Affairs Susie Brubaker-Cole
“We have lost another member of our student community. Police this afternoon have confirmed the death of an undergraduate co-term student who was found in a residence on campus,” Brubaker-Cole said
According to student affairs body at Stanford University , safety concerns had been raised before, and Norah’s case now turned out to be the fourth one.
However, police have dismissed the claims
