Kenyan YouTuber Oga Obinna has addressed rumours surrounding his working relationship with TikToker Pamela Aely. The rumours suggested Pamela was fired for misconduct, including claims of an alleged affair with a colleague.
In a recent interview, Obinna denied all allegations, stating that Pamela was never fired. He also hinted that she could return on a different show. “That story is not true, about Pamela and Munez. I did not fire Dem wa Facebook, that is a lie. I have not fired Pamela. You will see her on a different show. She could have already been back actually,” he said.
Obinna explained that Pamela’s temporary absence was part of a business restructuring. He mentioned that her replacement, Dappa Man, filled a specific role they had been seeking, but Pamela’s purpose on the platform goes beyond being a show’s “waitress.”
He also opened up about financial challenges in his business, explaining how cash flow issues sometimes affect payroll. “There are some months when we rarely make any money, so I will call HR and explain how bad things are. Then we would pay some immediately, and ask for two days to look for the money to pay the rest,” Obinna said.
Pamela Aely recently announced that she received a UK visa, silencing speculation about her professional status. Fans now eagerly anticipate her return, with Obinna confirming that she remains part of his creative team and could feature on upcoming projects.
This clarification aims to dispel misinformation while reaffirming Pamela’s role in Oga Obinna’s content strategy. Fans can expect fresh collaborations and appearances from the TikToker in the near future.
