A photo of President Uhuru Kenyatta and Anne Waiguru has made social media go frenzy which was taken during a public function yesterday.
Waiguru and Uhuru came into public limelight afte it had been alleged that the two at sometime, had had a personal relationship other than a political one.
Then, Anne Waiguru was working as a Devolution CS in the government of President Uhuru and William Ruto.

Uhuru then tried to protect her from mega scandal which had befallen her ministry over the lose of over 900 million shillings.
