Achieve the set sales targets through excellent telephone salesmanship, creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. The overall aim being as a team of Inside Sales, contribute 50% of the total sales numbers of the company.
This is a sales number driven role reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, cold calling and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Develop & keep expanding a wide client database of warm leads and maintain a successful conversation rate of not less than 40% of all calls made
- To close a minimum of 40 sales a month and as maybe revised from time to time.
- Actively engage the UKO POA! Public WI-FI customers and other platforms as maybe provided from time to time with the aim of converting them into home customers.
- Always ensure accurate sales data and reporting
- Maintain a professional relationship with any existing customers and ensure proper handing over to the customer service team.
- Keep self-appraised and informed of all the current matters in Inside Sales field including continuous professional development for continuous improvement.
- Ability to maintain a “we can do this” attitude and influence positive energy among their colleagues.
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum of 2-years’ demonstrable experience in a similar role is a MUST have
- You must be able to demonstrate “owning a sales number” and show over-achievement of sales targets month to month.
- Have exceptional interpersonal skills capable of influencing and delivering results in a highly cross functional role plus excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
