Police have alleged that the Mombasa witchcraft incident was stage managed and have shown by moving quick and fast to arrest the culprits .

Kisauni OCPD Christopher Rotich who confirmed the arrest said police have arrested two Ugandan witch doctors and the two men who posed as thieves

Also among those detained was the woman who alleged her car had been stolen by the two thieves. Police say she will assist in investigations

The five will be charged on choreographing an incident meant to promote witchcraft in the town of Mombasa, besides the witch doctors will be charged of possessing snakes without obtaining a license from KWS.

“Investigations into the incident are ongoing and the suspects will be arraigned in court. The whole incident was choreographed to advertise a sorcery business,” said the OCPD.
