DCI police have identified Hellen Okoth as another suspect linked to the cruel death of Rongo University student Sharon Otieno.
Governor Okoth Obado’s wife Hellen was ordered to record a statement at DCI headquarters along Kiambu Road, Nairobi.
The police had said that Obado’s admission that he shared his private messages with his family members before death showed that the family may be suspects in her murder.
