Lucy Muthoni Wanjiku, Christopher Otieno and Kikonzi Opondi were nabbed by police and charged over defrauding cases.
Police detectives said that the trio were nabbed with electronic devices and ID cards they used in defrauding members of the public.

Many Kenyan MPESA users have lost cash in several related fraudster cases as a result of increase in Mpesa fraudsters. Most cases usually go unreported to police.
