TENDER NO: PSC/ONT/FA/006/2023-2024
SUPPLY OF AIRTIME (SAFARICOM, AIRTEL, AND TELKOM CALLING CARDS) ON A THREE (3) YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (on an as and when required basis)

1.0 Invitation to Tender

1.1 The Public Service Commission invites sealed tenders for the SUPPLY OF AIRTIME (SAFARICOM, AIRTEL, AND TELKOM CALLING CARDS) on a three (3) year FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (on an as and when required basis).

1.2 Tendering will be conducted under open National competitive method using a standardized tender document. The tender is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

1.3 Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Commission’s website www.publicservice.go.ke/ or the Public Procurement Information Portal www.tenders.go.ke free of charge.

1.4 Tenders must be accompanied by a tender Security of Kshs 500,000.00 (Kenya Shillings Five Hundred Thousand Shillings only) in the form of Cash or a bank guarantee or an insurance company registered and licensed by the Insurance Regulatory Authority listed by the Authority or issued by a financial institution approved and licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya.

1.5 Tenders shall be quoted in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tenders shall remain valid for (180) days from the date of opening of tenders.

1.6 The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

1.7 Qualified and interested tenderers to the framework agreement may obtain further information, inspect the Tender Documents, or seek any clarification during office hours Monday to Friday between 0800hrs and 1700hrs in writing via email procurement@publicservice.go.ke or at the address provided below.

1.8 Completed tenders must be delivered in hard copy and deposited in the Tender Box located on the Ground Floor, Lift Area of the Public Service Commission Old Office Block, so as to be received on or before 11:00 AM on 30th August 2023.

1.9 NOTE: Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

1.10 Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ designated representatives who choose to attend at Public Service Commission Annex Boardroom.
