Mugithi star Samidoh Muchoki has left fans concerned after posting a cryptic and emotional message about death, just hours after publicly celebrating his wife Edday Nderitu’s birthday. The post, which has since been deleted, sent waves across social media, with many expressing worry about the singer’s emotional and mental wellbeing.

In the post, Samidoh reflected deeply on life and mortality, writing that if he were to die unexpectedly, he wanted the world to know he had lived a full life. He expressed gratitude for the experiences he had, including the chance to travel, connect with different cultures, and meet incredible people along the way. He wrote, “If I die unexpectedly, or before my time, I want you to know that I’ve lived a full and good life. Allah gave me an opportunity to travel the world, see nature at its best, and meet incredible humans I was fortunate enough to share a moment with.”

The musician, known for his heartfelt lyrics and soulful performances, went further to say that he hoped his name would be remembered not just as a collection of letters, but as a person who lived with passion and vision. “Let the world remember my name not just as a combination of letters, but a heart that burned with a flame. If I die young, remember the dreams we chased together—dreams of a better life not only for ourselves but for generations to come,” he added.

Samidoh’s message concluded with a poetic note, asking his fans to look up to the stars if they ever missed him. “If you ever miss me, look at the stars. I will be there shining brightly, reminding you to live your life with passion, chase your dreams, and cherish the people around you. Also, remember to tell my mama I did my best.”

Shortly after the post was deleted, fans began voicing their concerns online. Some pointed out that his tone sounded like a cry for help or the expression of someone weighed down by unseen struggles. Others urged those close to him, especially his wife Edday, to check on his wellbeing.

Edday, who had earlier shared a cheerful video celebrating her birthday, was flooded with messages from fans encouraging her to reach out to Samidoh. She later posted a reassuring message, though details of their private interactions remain undisclosed.

Meanwhile, speculation about what prompted the emotional message continues to grow. Samidoh has not yet publicly addressed the post or explained its intent, but he later resurfaced online, further fueling curiosity about his current state of mind.

As fans continue to express their support and concern, many hope that the singer is simply reflecting on life and not dealing with anything more serious. Samidoh’s message, while alarming, has sparked important conversations about mental health, especially among public figures who often face immense pressure behind the scenes.
