A disturbing video of a school bus with pupils floating recently re-enforced Michuki rules on road has sparked anger among concerned Kenyans.
The video shows the bus belonging to Kiriath-Jiam School in Utawala, Nairobi dangerously speeding on a busy road as pupils hang precariously on windows.
The pupils are also heard blowing whistles, screams as they seemed to celebrate the recently released 2018 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE).
The video was recorded by a motorist who even after speeding past them, the pupils are still dangerously hanging in the vehicle
