Engineers in Dubai are pushing things beyond the sky limit with the current ongoing of a rotating Skyscraper which will be ready for use by 2020, only less then 3 years from now.
The building is another concept which is set to rival Anerlima towers which is said to have its foundation from space.
Dubai have already other rotating buildings such as restaurants
