Every year, Kenyan higher learning institutions release thousands of graduates into the labour market.

These graduates, usually would prefer to work in some of the top firms in Kenya, based on their preferences or just recommendations

One of Kenya’s leading online recruitment agencies, Brighter Monday aka BM has published a list of top 100 companies in Kenya where most of the job seekers will hop to secure an employment

BM conducted a survey on over 800,000 users of BM and a total of 3,448 valid responses were used in the final analysis with data from two surveys – external and internal.

The internal survey focused on employees of the famous companies while external survey located only the general public.
