The Embassy of France in Kenya is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the position of a visa receptionist.
Under the supervision of the Consul, the visa receptionist is tasked with :
Welcoming the visa applicants ; Answering phone calls and providing relevant informations with regards to visa querries ; Handing passports over to visa applicants.
Skills
Good command in English and French (B2 level, both written and spoken) ; Ability to adapt to different types of visitors/applicants Ability to communicate and good sense of team work Good organization skills
Conditions
Job starts on the 14th of November
1-year contract, with the prospect of a permanent employment
Gross salary : KES 82 547
Working hours :
Monday to Thursday : 08.30 AM -1 PM / 2 PM-6 PM Friday : 08.30 AM -1 PM
Workplace : French Embassy in Kenya – Peponi gardens, off Peponi Road – Nairobi
