A tanker ferrying oil overturned due to poor weather, prompting the locals to rush foolishly at the scene of the dangerous accident in pursuit of siphoning free oil.
Few months ago, hundreds of victims in Tanzania died from a similar case when a tanker overturned and residents rushed to scoop oil before fire busted the tanker into flames.
Kenya was also hit with a similar fire catastrophe in Sachagwan a couple of years ago.
And as the scenes look, Kenyans never learn.
