A traffic standstill showdown looms ahead of Wednesday 22nd, August protest organized by Kenya Association of Motorists in their demonstration against fuel increase brought by taxes levied on fuel.
The drivers are directed to park and walk away from their vehicles, read a statement from the association.
The exercise will take place between 7.30AM and 10.30 Am, a duration of three hours coinciding with the messy Nairobi rush-hour.
The move will depend on the big inconvenience brought to millions of Nairobians compelling the government to scrap the 6% VAT that will be levied of fuel beginning 01 September 2018.
