It turns out that the traffic laws of Kenya under NTSA have allowed President Uhuru Kenyatta to ride a car with a number plate turned upside down.
However, it comes with special conditions.
One is when President Uhuru Kenyatta, who is also the head of state, carries bad news to the state.
