South Africa-based socialite Zari Hassan has publicly commended Tanzanian singer Zuchu for her incredible patience and resilience in marrying renowned artist Diamond Platnumz. Zari, who previously had a relationship with Diamond and shares two children with him, spoke candidly about their past and expressed hope that Diamond will now treat Zuchu better as his wife.

In a recent interview shared on YouTube by Millard Ayo, Zari reflected on the challenges Zuchu has faced in her relationship with Diamond. She recalled how Zuchu had broken up with Diamond multiple times due to difficult situations, including moments when Diamond embarrassed her publicly. Despite all that, Zari praised Zuchu for standing strong and showing remarkable endurance.

“If this is true, I wish him luck. Naseeb and I are doing a good job co-parenting. My kids don’t lack anything because he sends what is needed when called. So if he is finally settling down, then Alhamdulillah. Didn’t the whole world pray for this? Zuchu wins girlfriend of the year. As Zari, I don’t have her patience. She is strong, she is resilient; when people look at her, they don’t see that she is strong,” Zari said.

She also took the opportunity to remind Diamond — whose real name is Naseeb — to consider how he treats his wife and to think about whether he would want another man to treat his daughter the same way. Zari expressed empathy for Zuchu, describing the patience she has shown as admirable and urging Diamond to improve how he treats her now that she is his wife and not just a girlfriend or artist under his label.

“I hope Naseeb treats her better now because she is a wife and not just a girlfriend and his artiste. Let him change. That girl is putting up with a lot from him; I feel for her. I am a mother; I would not want to see my daughter—Tiffah—go through what Zuchu is going through. Naseeb, you wouldn’t want that happening to Latiffah,” Zari added.

Zari’s comments come amid much public interest in Diamond Platnumz’s relationship with Zuchu, which has been closely followed by fans and media alike. The couple’s journey has been marked by ups and downs, but Zari’s remarks highlight a call for respect and kindness within their marriage.

This candid acknowledgment from Zari also shows her willingness to support Zuchu despite their complicated history, focusing on the well-being of their children and the importance of maturity in handling relationships.

As Zuchu and Diamond continue their life together, many fans hope the marriage will be a fresh start, built on mutual respect and care.
