Each person has to find their particular way to know and manage their emotions and feelings, in order to achieve a better life.

- Dedicate time only to your thoughts; meditate every day
- Know your interior: this raises your confidence in yourself and improves your decision making
- Set a goal to achieve every day; leave the routine aside.
- Learn something new: every day you have the opportunity to grow.
- Share your knowledge
- Dedicate time to a child. From them you always learn, your perspective is enriching
- Go out and enjoy outdoor walks; go to the cinema or theater
- Identify what makes you happy: from the most insignificant to the most transcendental and try to incorporate those things into your daily life
- Plan something and do it. Think carefully and concentrate to the fullest to fulfill that project
